Paid plan purchase karne ke 7 din ke andar refund request kar sakte hain β€” agar product expected as described kaam na kare.

1. Policy Overview

MagixTrading ek cloud-based algorithmic trading software platform hai jo Indian stock market (NSE & BSE) ke liye grid trading automation provide karta hai. Hamare refund policy ke baare mein poori jaankari neeche di gayi hai.

Important: Trading mein risk hota hai. Kisi bhi trading loss ke liye refund nahi milega. Yeh policy sirf software subscription ke liye hai.

3. Refund Eligible Cases

  • Purchase ke 7 din ke andar request ki gayi ho
  • Software described features ke anusaar kaam nahi kar raha (valid proof ke saath)
  • Technical issue jo hamare support team se resolve nahi ho sake
  • Accidental duplicate purchase
  • Broker connection issue jo hamare end se nahi fix ho sake

Refund request se pehle hamare support team se contact karein β€” hum maximum try karenge aapki problem solve karne ki.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Purchase ke 7 din baad request
  • Trading losses β€” market risk hamare control mein nahi
  • License key share ki gayi ya multiple accounts pe use ki gayi
  • Terms & Conditions ka violation
  • Broker API failures β€” mStock, Zerodha, Angel One, Sharekhan, Fyers, Upstox, Groww ya kisi bhi broker ka downtime/maintenance
  • Exchange downtime β€” NSE/BSE technical failure, circuit breaker, trading halt
  • WebSocket/REST API errors β€” broker ki real-time feed ya order placement API failure
  • Internet/network issues β€” user ya server side se connectivity problem
  • SEBI/RBI regulations β€” regulatory changes jo trading ko affect karein
  • Broker ne API access revoke kiya ya trading permissions change kiye
  • Orders jo broker risk management ya exchange rules se reject hue
  • Addon plans (Grids/Broker addons)
  • Plan use karne ke baad change of mind

5. Subscription Cancellation

UPI Autopay subscription (β‚Ή5 trial se start) ke liye:

  • Aap apna subscription kabhi bhi cancel kar sakte hain apne UPI app se
  • Cancel karne par future billing band ho jayegi
  • Current period ka refund nahi milega β€” access period khatam hone tak rahega
  • Cancel karne ke liye: UPI App β†’ Autopay β†’ MagixTrading β†’ Cancel

Chargeback initiate karne se pehle humse contact karein. Bina contact ke chargeback raise karne par aapka account immediately suspend ho jayega aur hum Razorpay ko evidence provide karenge.

6. Refund Process

  1. Support Contact: Email karein [email protected] pe order details ke saath
  2. Review: Haari team 24-48 ghante mein review karegi
  3. Approval: Approve hone par refund initiate hoga
  4. Processing: 5-7 business days mein original payment method pe refund

Email mein include karein: Full name, email, Order ID / License Key, purchase date, refund reason
